Project Manager Regional for Social Media




Who you are?

  • You will bring experience of at least 7 years as an Account Executive having worked in communication agencies and/or T-1 media.
  • Degree in Administration, Journalism or Advertising, with training in the world of brand, corporate and institutional communication with a focus on social media.
  • Experience in agency management.
  • Project management skills (budget management, time and deadline tracking, team coordination not only in-house but also in other areas, etc.).
  • Good writing and communication skills; with focus on detail.
  • Knowledge in social media in Europe.



The Role

Your mission will be to manage and execute regional social mediacampaigns and project, with a close relationship with the social media agency and company-internal teams. You will monitor projects, detect improvements and solve possible problems that may arise during the course of the projects. 


What would you do?

  • Be the project manager on the assigned project(s)to ensure all guidelines are followed, the social media proposals follow best-practice and are serving the defined goals.
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams at the company and consult them on social media activities.
  • Collaborate with the involved agencies (incl. the social media agency).
  • Previewing the agency’s proposals against guidelines, best-practices, etc.
  • Connect anyone with questions to the right contact. In some cases, you may also be the contact to answer the questions.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with theproject teams to keep track of the projects, detect improvements and solve possible problems that may arise in the course of the projects.
  • Keep the company’s Social Media Director continuously updated on progress of all projects and raise any challenges with them.
