Social Media Analyst (Intelligence Specialist)
- You will bring 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Social Media Analyst.
- A professional in Statistics, Mathematics, Politics, Sociology, Marketing, Business Administration, and Engineering.
- English level: Bilingual English/Spanish.
You will bring knowledge/experience in:
- Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Social Listening tools (Sprinklr, Tagger, Global Web Index, Semrush, etc.).
- Report generation (Keynote/PowerPoint, knowledge of data storytelling and visualization).
- Dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI).
- Valuable experience in processing communication campaign metrics is a plus.
The Role
This position aims to integrate with the data analysis team in obtaining information from various sources and tools. Convert data into insights and identify opportunities.
What will you do?
- You will extract, process, analyze, and present data for the team and client, focused on strategic objectives.
- You will create reports: Daily, weekly, and monthly alerts or reports.
- You will constantly monitor social media and other media to identify and map topics of interest for our clients. You will identify opportunities and threats for the business.
- You will manage alerts and crises through monitoring and impact measurement.
- You will innovate and develop new processes or tools that allow for task automation and/or add value to teams and clients.
- You will define listening and monitoring for brands and internal teams, from query definition to implementation in the tool and subsequent reporting.
- You will develop trend reports for opportunity detection.
- You will implement new forms of measurement and scoring, as well as the development and maintenance of KPIs and indicators.
- Extraction, transformation, and visualization of data for the end client.
